Decorator Services
Expo Convention Contractors Inc. is the official decorator for GOA 2016. We encourage you to use their safe
and secure online ordering website to place your order. Exhibitors will receive an email with personalized log-in information. You can also download a PDF of the Exhibitor Services below.

Exhibitor Move-In Schedule
Monday, February 15, 8AM-4:30PM — 600 SF booths or larger only
Tuesday, February 16, 8AM-4:30PM — 400 SF booths or larger only
Wednesday, February 17, 8AM-4:30PM
Exhibitor Move-Out Schedule
Saturday, February 20, 4PM-10PM
Sunday, February 21, 8AM-11AM — 300 SF booths or less
Sunday, February 21, 8AM-5PM — 700 SF booths or less
*Overtime Freight Charges will apply
Monday, February 22, 8AM-12Noon — 700 SF booths or greater
Overtime Charges
Please be advised that overtime charges apply during move-in after 4:30PM and will apply during move-out. Overtime hours are Monday–Friday before 8AM and after 4:30PM. All day Saturday and Sunday.

Please disregard solicitations from companies that claim to be providing services for GOA but are not on this list. Unfortunately, we have no control over unauthorized "vulture vendors." Material Release Forms are required when removing any items from the show floor. These forms are available here and on site in the Show Office (C127).

Visa Letter of Invitation
A Visa Letter of Invitation can only be requested by registering online for GOA.
