The Creation and Development of our NanoGraphic Ink -Wide Format Printing Process and the Unique Sun Americas wide format printing equipment really began in 1999.
Sun Americas® Corporation, and the NanoGraphic Ink® Corporation was formed after years of extraordinary growth with our other partnered business endeavors. Both companies having first hand experience of working on many unique projects and exposed many industries together, it has proved to be an amazing evolution of growth.
The journey really all started out in 1972 with a determined work ethic and a real vision of looking to the future. Gary Sackel began his engineering career at Lincoln Electric, and was instrumental in creating many new platforms, innovative processes and cutting edge equipment for the industry and for the company. Companies and consumers around the world still use many of Gary’s ideas and innovations that were created back then.
Gary D. Sackel is Founder, Chairman, CEO of Sun Americas® Corporation and NanoGraphic Ink® Corporation.
He formed these two companies to start a new journey and invited his close friend and business partner Gustavo Lopez to also join him with this project after years of working together on other combined business calibrations on several other successful business projects around the globe.
Gary Sackel himself is known for working on many large multiple successful projects for the DOD, GSA, Veterans Administration, Xerox® Corporation and many other fortune 500 and 1000 companies.
He has also worked with most of the Marine Technical Departments in the Marine industry and also with the New Build and Design teams, and the Refurbishment departments for most of major cruise lines for the last 38 years…

We have created a very exclusive and durable printing process with a far more superior output capability and resolution in the images. Then has ever been done in printing world to date. And the end result in this process is to be used in many different industries around the world.”
The entire process is used exclusively with our own Sun Americas Corporation UV-LED NanoGraphic Ink UV-LED wide format printing equipment, and our finely engineered NanoPlast® print heads. Using those newly discovered formulations of science for the combined synergy of having many multiple uses for our NanoGraphic Inks®, and our UV-LED NanoGraphic wide format printing technologies in all industries.
These new technologies were developed by the combined efforts of our own research department for many years as well as other research labs that we have worked with around the globe.
These technologies are used in many different industries to date. At SunAmericas® Corporation and NanoGraphic Inks® Corporation, we will continue working on future developments non-stop for our Industry exclusive SunAmericas® UV-LED NanoGraphic Ink® wide format ink jet printing equipment.
We discovered that by combining these elements of this newly discovered science together. In the process of research and development we were able to create a synergistic union of such that would revolutionize and create a new way to print in the industry.
Our Nano Graphic Inks® and our UV-LED lamps work together to provide a natural process of immediately curing our eco friendly NanoGraphic Inks®.
SunAmericas® Corporation, and the NanoGraphic Ink® Corporation have created a new revolutionary printing process. This newly discovered science enable our customers around the globe to be able print directly onto any type of substrates and produce the high resolution and colors in the printing universe.
With the many uses of our exclusive NanoGraphic Ink® formulations the possibilities are endless. This newly discovered science has also allowed us to synergistically combine our Silver Nano Particles to be combined and blended into the NanoGraphic Ink® formulations for added antimicrobial properties and protection.

Sun Americas currently produce four different models of our equipment.
Model 525 - 525S - 820 - 820S, with very unique printing capabilities.
We are the only wide format printers in the industry that can print directly onto any media or substrates 7.9”inches in height. And currently our printing widths are capable of printing materials 64.0 inches wide and 98.5 inches wide, and all the models can print both rolled materials and any rigid flat materials producing the most amazing color spectrums and finished long lasting prints visible to the human eye.
Our SunAmericas® UV-LED NanoGraphic Ink® Wide Format Printing Machines are revolutionary and extremely durable. The combination of the two together will produce the most amazing vibrate color spectrums in the galaxy.
